تغطي سياسة الضمان لدينا جميع المجوهرات المشتراة. يغطي هذا الضمان جميع عيوب الشركة التصنيع، لكنه لا يغطي الإهمال وسوء الاستخدام، أو فقدان الأحجار. استثناءات الضمان: -أي ضرر يلحق بالمجوهرات نتيجة الإهمال أو سوء الاستخدام. فيمكن بسهولة اكتشاف الضرر إذا كان من سوء الاستخدام أو من الإهمال أو البلى الطبيعي، فإن الضمان يعتبر باطلاً. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، إذا خرجت الحلقة عن شكلها الدائري مما تسبب في تساقط الأحجار، فقد يرجع ذلك إلى تلف الجزء السفلي من الحلقة عند ارتدائها. -أي مجوهرات تم إصلاحها من قبل صائغ آخر. لا يمكن أن نتحمل مسؤوليتها.
We do not offer insurance programs but are happy to make recommendations on how to get your jewelry properly insured.
In accordance with Ghamieh’s policy for gold, the product sold is not refunded and replaced only in the event of a manufactured defect or non-conformity with the product specification card within 7 days of receipt of the order through the shipping company. If Ghamieh agrees to go back or replace the product in accordance with the approved policy, the piece must return to its original state with the original invoice and the boxes for the pieces. Comfort fit is rounded on the inside, making it easier to slide on and off. Most of our wide bands come in comfort fit. Comfort fit tends to fit large, so if you are an 8 in a regular fit, you may be closer to a 7.5 or 7.75 in comfort fit.
